1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fabled, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Fabled.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fabled SL.

2. Who we are

Fabled is operated by Fabled SL, a company incorporated under the laws of Spain. Our contact email is hello@fabled.co.

3. Description of Fabled

Fabled is an invite-only social network. It provides a private, trusted space where members can connect with other members, share and discuss their interests, and build meaningful relationships within the community.

Access to Fabled is by invitation only. The community is designed to foster genuine connections and confident interactions among users.

4. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fabled. If you are under 18, you may only use Fabled with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Fabled is invite-only. You may only create an account if you have received a valid invitation. We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke access to the community at our sole discretion.

5. User accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your account or invitation with others.

6. User content and community guidelines

You retain ownership of the content you post or share on Fabled (“User Content”). By posting or sharing User Content, you grant Fabled a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content, solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Fabled service and community.

You agree not to post or share content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination
Is spam, misleading, or deceptive
Infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity
Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Violates the privacy or safety of other members
Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law

Fabled has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Fabled reserves the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or that we determine, in our sole judgment, are harmful to the community, and we act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual property

The Fabled platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and all content created by Fabled, is owned by Fabled SL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform without our permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Fabled is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

9. Disclaimers

Fabled is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the content shared by members.

We do not guarantee that the community will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content posted by members is accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabled SL and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Fabled.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed €100.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fabled at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your participation is not in the best interest of the community.

You may stop using Fabled at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to access the community ends immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of Fabled after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
